Some (safe, inoffensive) sketches!

From a recent ASIFA drink and draw! What fun! :)

Activist Issue #2; "Abort Me This"! WARNING: OFFENSIVE MATERIAL!!! Read at your own risk!

Just posting the artwork here. Nico will be posting the worded version on his site. Again, This comic was meant to offend (the above cover should provide a subtle hint of what this issue is about)! Read at your own risk!

Work in progress!

My latest work in progress. Will hopefully have something more to show by November.

"Taboo or Not Taboo" for Caitlin Kunkel

Another piece for Caitlin Kunkel! She teaches a sketch writing class on occasion.

Looks like my friend Ashley Bales is helping with this one.

Anyway it's happening this Thursday if anyone wants to check it out.

The class choose the title, "Taboo or not Taboo". A few of the ideas pitched involved Hamlet eating a human head (apparently the winner), an Indian Cow being ground into beef, and the pope getting a tatoo.

These were all fun to work on but I was kinda hoping for the third one, to be honest. The first got the vote, though. I made a touched up version of it, to give Caitlin a better idea on how it'll look.

It also helped me figure out how to approach the final poster.

Which looked like this.

I love doing these. :)

This is happening on Thursday (March 7th), 7:30pm at the Brody Theater so check it out if you can! Tickets are five bucks!

26 Hour Improv-A-Thon Poster!

My latest for the Brody Theater. This one was commissioned by Devin Harkness, the show's director.

Here are the roughs that I pitched.

He liked the idea of having sequential images of a progressing show. He helped build on it and so I developed this rough idea here.

Ta-Da.

The final's at the top if you wanna see it.

Here are the panels at a larger size.

Logo for Caitlin Kunkel!

A logo commissioned by my talented friend, Caitlin Kunkel! You can see it on her website, http://caitlinkunkel.com/!

Had a lot of fun with this one! I do worry that the android boobs are a little lop-sided. Oh well. :-P

Here are some of the roughs:

Not gonna lie. I do miss the beret.

Zombie Sketch!!

Just goofing around with the Cintiq after watching some tutorials from the guys at Creature Box. I'll try to do these a little more frequently.

Happy Friday!! :)
